🎃Yay! It’s Halloween!
The inspiration behind this poem and imagery is to tap into the magical mystical moon, the spirit of Halloween, and season to be. Offer up a prayer for the Moon Goddess to reveal Herself and shine Her silvery light upon us for illumination within and help us align with our magical divine nature. Observe the night sky and become acquainted with the Moon Goddess. Know the moon cycles, which one currently presides, and become in sync with Her rhythm.

🐱Samantha Pearl ~ who magically arrived one hot June afternoon in 2014 ~ often serves as a muse to go deeper within~ making inter related connections on a experiential level as tools to evolve, know ourselves, and move into higher states of consciousness.
The imagery for this post is from a photograph I took of Samantha Pearl which then was worked up as a digital artwork with the full moon and Halloween taken into consideration. When Samantha Pearl was a little kitten on many an occasion I saw in my inner eye a full moon around her. Rather seamlessly the word pearl ~ a symbol of the moon ~ became connected as part of her name. Completion arrived and her name became Samantha Pearl. like a stir in the air
ignites lovers who come to stare
magnetic silver sun
all becomes illumined
with nothing spared
October winds
begin to spin
what is real
no longer pretends
Spells of the Eve
into the night
the Moon’s door opens
silver mystery delight
Moon Goddess
shines a mystical light
Full Moon majesty
like a pearl
a silent treasure, bejeweled lunar surprise
sacred reflecting reservoir
Come
Moon lore
let us explore
like a kid
in a candy store
Halloween Eve
Moon splendor
for all to receive
blessed fortune for those who believe
witchy liaisons
sprites, fairies
play in the night
bats, goblins, warlocks
the Netherworld, vampires too
drink from Her magical brew
Spells of the Eve
into the night
the Moon’s door opens
silver mystery delight
Moon wisdom
hats the worshiper
nature ~ teacher ~ nurturer
Her forever portraiture
night garden
heavenly body of floral rapture
travels an eternal mist
the heart flame captured
encircling Her
revealing what is true
glowing ~ showing
planting seeds for sowing
enter the feline pass through

leaves falling ~ corn husks ~ stalks of wheat
characters in the street
tricks & treats
all in costume
midnight bloom
celebration
enchantress vibration
close by taverns
children’s laughter
gives us answers

Her milky smile ~ gentle ~ all awhile
Moon flavor
tastes the grandeur
take us to
your orbiting chamber
transcending
slipping in
we receive your favor
October winds
great orb of the night
magic
in the
Autumn moonlight

metaphysical sight
celestial
dreamily I savor
hail ancient primal player
immortality
silver light creator
October winds
shine a supernatural light
Spells of the Eve
on and on
into the night
what is make believe
is what we make believe
Spells of the Eve
trick or treat
Moon Goddess sweet discreet
quicken and allow all to see
Spells of the Eve
riders take your place upon Her loveseat
into the night
Moon Goddess takes to flight
Spells of the Eve
raven, divination, and enchantment
It all begins tonight!
